I am a happy Ann Arbor, Michigan area native who followed my retired parents to sunny Lake Havasu City, Arizona over 22 years ago, leaving a successful career in real estate to settle in here and help with my aging father's declining health. My real estate business soon flourished here in Lake Havasu City, and I love this place so much that, now, I could never live anywhere else.

Growing up, I was always busy with extra-curricular activities for school, church activities, cars, airplanes, boats, and sports. Even as a boy, I was a salesman, growing vegetables and strawberries in my own garden to sell to the neighborhood so that I could have some spending money. My business skills and reponsible "work ethic" helped me to buy my first boat and motorcycle.


My determination to be good at what I do has compelled me to get extra advanced education and to carefully preserve a reputation for knowledgeable, friendly, and honest dealings with people. I am happy to say that much of my current business is referral business from well-satisfied clients.

My current hobbies include spending time with my family, motorhome traveling, and staying physically fit with my sister/brother whippets (dogs who look like small greyhounds and can run over 34 miles per hour). I also have my HAM radio license and enjoy time I can spend with members of our local Ham radio club.
