I enjoy traveling, entertaining, gourmet cooking, fine dining, wine, music and the arts. There is little I enjoy more than sharing a meal, a conversation and a glass two of wine with others. I have strong interests in architecture, design, and landscape gardening; with particular focus on energy efficient, environmentally conscious “Green Design”. I read widely, play golf, run, hike, garden and exercise.

I consider selling or buying a home serious business and my goal is to make each and every real estate transaction as easy on my clients as possible. I realize you have better things to do than worry about the small (but critical details) involved in the sale or purchase of your home. Handling these details and keeping you informed throughout the transaction are my top priorities. I will not represent both Buyer and Seller in a single transaction; I am focused exclusively on doing what's best for you. I have more than 25 years of experience in successfully negotiating real estate transactions; I know how to craft deals that work for my clients. I will track and communicate to you; throughout the entire process from start to finish. You will know at all times where we're at and what's being said so there are no surprises.
