I've been a real estate agent for over 26 years. That's really old in real estate years,but it means I have a lot of experience navigating through all sorts of issues that can come up when someone is buying or selling a house. It also means I love my job! Last year I sold over 200 homes, which means I have the help of some great team members with experience, brains and hearts.
I have been married 38 years (aka forever), and have 3 kids and 3 grandkids. I probably work about 6 hours a week, but I love being outside doing just about anything when I can.
And I love to travel near and far.
Real estate can be complicated, but it's like anything else...if you can find someone who is really good at what they do, let them do it, and it's a lot easier. That applies to mechanics, plumbers, doctors, nail technicians,...just about anything you can think of!
My philosophy about my work is that it's a privilege to walk with people during a big change in their life. I learn something from everyone I meet. I have a big old sign that says "Work Hard and Be Nice" That's me.
