Although Ray has only been a licensed Realtor for about three years, he has proven himself not only as a top listing agent, but as a top listing agent for high end luxury homes.  Ray has a diverse range of knowledge of homes coming from his home building background.  He has listed and sold everything from condos to sprawling estates and from Mission Viejo to Monrovia. His first year in Real Estate he represented 25 clients and sold almost $10,000,000 in sales.  Now Ray is blowing those numbers out of the water and has helped over 100 families in the last four years to make the huge move of buying or selling a home.

Ray has ten years of experience in the purchasing, design, general contracting, building, remodeling, and managing of residential properties. He began his career in the home building industry with his family''s construction company, Skyline Homes. Their work included the building of custom homes in La Habra Heights, Chino Hills, and Sunny Hills, as well as focusing on complete remodels, gourmet kitchens and luxury master retreats. In addition, Ray has managed over 50 rental units, some of which he currently owns personally. Ray knows how to build homes from the ground up and from the inside out – and this is the experience he is able to share with his clients.

Ray has a tremendous track record of success in the real estate market and was a 2014 Board of Director for PWR (Pacific West Association of Realtors) and also serves a Board of Director for CAR (California Association of Realtors). He is also involved in a mens club in La Habra Heights called Los Compadres that helps local high school students with scholarships for college and is a member of the La Habra Host Lions Club.

When Ray is not working he enjoys spending time with his wife Krista, daughter Reagan and son Grayson. You can usually find him at all Ducks home games, cheering on his favorite hockey team.
