I am the owner/broker of My Housing Wizard, A full service real estate company, with over 14 years of practical home sales experience. My real estate career began in 2001 in Los Angeles, CA where I had the privilege of working with both buyers and sellers of residential real estate, investment properties, 1031 exchanges, and experience with same day closings on both sale and purchase for individual clients.

I make the process of home buying simple, fun, and worry-free. Since moving to the East Bay in 2008, I have continued to help buyers purchase their dream homes while negotiating the best possible deal for them. Buyers can rest assured that they will be fully informed of their rights and obligations in an easy-to-understand manner.

Over the years, I have implemented strategies that help home sellers garner the most for their property in any given market by utilizing a personalized marketing strategy. In addition to obtaining the highest possible offers for my clients, I have unique solutions for avoiding the dreaded buyer cancellation.

I have extensive experience in communicating with escrow and title officers, lenders, appraisers, agents, contractors, inspectors, and various city entities. My level of experience is invaluable in creating smooth transactions, and for solving problems expediently when they arise.
Residential Single Family – My residential single family services connect buyers with sellers every day, and I do it with professionalism and a total dedication to my clients. This property type is the majority of my market transactions, but by far not the only one in which I have expertise.

Condominiums, Lofts and Townhomes – While condominiums, lofts and townhomes are residential, they are a very different market focus, and I am an expert in evaluating condos and helping buyers and sellers to cope with the special financing and homeowner concerns for this property type.

Multi–family – Investors are great clients for me. Multi–family properties are a very unique market. The detailed return on investment and valuation calculations investors need to evaluate properties for rental are second nature to me.
