I love the mountains and my family. So that is where I live, play and work. I have been involved in real estate, either building, buying or selling since we (Deb my better half for over 37 years) moved to the Manti LaSal Mountains in central Utah at the 7,300 foot elevation into our dream cabin in 2005. We are working at being self sustaining while being on grid. Yes, that is remote and very peaceful. In the winters we park at the bottom of the mountain and ride a snowmobile or utv (Viking side by side) 1.2 miles into the cabin. There are areas where you can drive in also. Our 2 children and 2.5 grandsons live in the area also. Oh! I can't forget Smokey and Tigger our mountain tom cats who terrorizes the local mice along with our newest addition Black Bear - lab/border collie. I partner with Far West Construction so we can build as much or as little as you want or give you contacts to help you build. Come share, relax, play, make memories, view wildlife, take in a sunset or live/visit the mountains with us. I show properties by appointment Monday - Saturday dawn to dusk. SEE YOU ON THE MOUNTAIN!
