My name is Cheryl Waitt, I moved to New Hampshire in 1980, however graduated in 1982 from North Reading High in Massachusetts and continued my education at Franklin Pierce College. In 1986 I received my real estate sales person license and after many years of working for franchise companies, I opened my own company, Homes of New Hampshire Realty in 2005. Since then, we grew to become one of the smallest, highest producing companies percentage-wise, in NH (per NNERENMLS). Aware of market changes and the fact that I had grown as much as I could on my own, I accepted the offer to partner up with Keller Williams Metropolitan knowing I could offer my clients even more resources and exposure than ever before.
