My credentials are pretty tough to beat as I have served on the Southeast Wisconsin local Realtors Board of Directors for over 15 years including being their President, This is a position you are voted into by my fellow Realtors so I have earned their respect over the years. My negotiation skills have been honed down to a fine science through over 30 years of practice and I was very yound when I joined the Board of Realtors. When the first Annual Humanitarian Award was given out by the Board I was their very first recipient because of my charitable works over the years and the programs I institutes in helping Realtors give back to the community. I have done foster care for cats and helped find many of them new a home. The local radio station has also given me an award for my volunteer work and making our area an even better place to live. Sellers and Buyers love working with me not only because of my experience and expertise in the field but more particularly my "Tell it like is" attitude about buying or selling a home.
