Derek Sivley is a Realtor® and with more than 30 years’ experience in the metro Phoenix real estate industry. He joined the Royalty Real Estate Services team in 2009 following a prosperous, 20+ year tenure as a commercial escrow agent for a national title insurance company.

More recently, Derek earned his Certified Distressed Property Expert designation, awarded to those who have a thorough understanding of complex issues in today’s turbulent real estate industry and knowledge of foreclosure avoidance options available to homeowners. His experience and commitment to customer service adds depth to the Royalty team, which has been serving Arizona’s real estate needs for over a decade.
