Conrad grew up in small town Nebraska and Iowa and has lived in California for decades (not withstanding 8 years spent in Charlotte, NC). Living in the South was nice and a little southern gentility is a good thing - especially in this business.

Starting first as a Real Estate investor in the 90's, becoming a full-time agent became a reality in 2006. Since then, I have been not only a successful agent, but assumed leadership positions with my brokerage prior to joining Berkshire Hathaway.

My team's approach to selling Real Estate is really quite simple - it's ALL about the satisfaction of the client. Nothing else matters. Period. When you do what you need to do today, tomorrow will take care of itself and our business has been successful largely by word of mouth. I can't imagine a greater compliment or validation of efforts than the recommendation of a satisfied client!

We were thrilled to return to California in 2014 and to call Palm Springs - a place we so love - "home" .
