After a long successful career in the textile industry for more than 17+ years in Venezuela, I came to South Florida in 2003. I was lured by the booming real estate market and started investing in it. By 2004, my passion for real estate investment was so evident that I started my own team and by 2005 I established a brokerage company that grew to 40+ agents.
The 2008 real estate crash impacted us as hardly. Nonetheless, the strong foundations laid years before provided the financial stability and the mental attitude to survive through those rough times.
During the real estate crisis, business was so slow that I decided to complete my unfinished college education. Florida International University was my best choice. By the end of 2012, I had a bachelor in real estate and management and a Master in Business Administration. I had received from FIU the tools necessary to succeed in real estate; I just needed a great platform to succeed.
In September 11, 2013, and after looking at several franchises, I joined Keller Williams Realty because I saw a great sustainable model for a long-term real estate career that I did not see anywhere else.
Marketing and finance have always been great topics for me as I believe that any entrepreneur must know how to “think marketing” to properly communicate. Property valuation and real estate investment have been a passion for me as I do it every day. My clients benefit from it when buying and selling as my approach is from an investment stand point.
My interests: if I can help, I will help you. Additionally I enjoy selling, teaching, and doing sports.
I encourage everyone to pursue their goals starting at any point in life and do not stop until you reach them. We only limit ourselves when we think something is not reachable. So go for it!
I am a natural salesperson as you may notice and I cannot stress it enough, today is the best time for buying real estate. Need a house or a good investment property???
