• Worked as a mortgage consultant for Washington Mutual
• Was Assistant Vice President of American Homes 4 Rent. Purchased 350 foreclosures from Dade to Port Saint Lucie County. Set rehab budgets and oversaw the property management and leasing of the South Florida portfolio. He was the broker of record for the state of Florida branches.

John knows waterfront luxury properties. John grew up in Palm Beach County, graduating from Cardinal Newman High School in 1983.
