I have been a Realtor since 1995. Very important to keep up with all the changes for sellers and buyers in these transactions. Many municipalities are requiring a dye test, sewer camera tests and a code enforcer to inspect your home before it can be sold. Also adding the buyer electing home, pest and radon tests, along with an appraiser making his visit and possibly the insurance agent coming to inspect the home. Many hoops to get thru before the closing. It's important to work with someone that can assist you with all these challenges.
