Lorraine started her career in 1983 at Century 21. She was promoted to Office Training Coordinator & recruited agents for two offices. In 1989, she became an agent for Patterson Schwartz & Associates. She earned her GRI (Graduate of Realtors Institute), CRS (Certified Residential Specialist), and SRES (Senior Residential Specialist) designations. She taught new agent training, state certified instructor and served on the Board of Realtors® Education Committee for many years. She earned a lifetime membership in the Million Dollar Club..

In 2000, she joined Prudential Fox & Roach Realtors®, the #6 company in the nation. The Weaver Partnership was a team of multi-million dollar producing agents and were awarded the Chairman’s Circle Award, being in the top 5% of agents nationwide. She was awarded attendance at the Master Conference Retreat, a trip to Las Vegas for the Prudential National Convention and recognized in the Wall Street Journal. She earned an ASP (Accredited Staging Professional) and is e-certified. A member of the New Castle County Board of Realtors®, she served on the Professional Standards Committee, Education Task Force

Currently a member of the National Association of Realtors®, the Florida Association of Realtors®, and Orlando Regional Realtors Association. She serves on the Professional Development Committee at Orlando Regional Realtors Association (ORRA). She is a Star Power University member and a graduate of 100 Days of Greatness.

Lorraine lives in Altamonte Springs with her high school sweetheart and husband, Bruce. Their son, James lives in Durham, NC with his wife Laura. Their daughter, Elaina lives in Winter Springs with her husband Craig and son Mason.

Bruce works at UCF and is an amateur softball umpire. Lorraine loves reading, cooking, movies, walking, traveling, and is an avid Disney fan
