Malcolm has been an award winning real estate professional for more than 15 years. After a successful 30-year career in the fields of technology, communications and consulting with an international employee benefit consulting firm, Malcolm retired in order to pursue a new passion – real estate sales. His knowledge and the philosophy of advocating for his clients and protecting their interests have made him successful in real estate sales and marketing.
Born and raised in Montgomery, AL, Malcolm joined the military following school, serving his country in Vietnam. After being honorably discharged, he moved to Atlanta to pursue a degree in computer technology, which was in its infancy for big business. His knowledge and experience in this field directly impacted his company’s successful expansion internationally through management of multiple communications networks on different continents.
As a Professional Realtor, he brings that same consulting and trouble-shooting philosophy to his day-to-day work with clients seeking to build, buy, or sell their home. Malcolm’s clients often become friends because he keeps in close contact with them. It is not unusual for his clients to call him asking for advice on home repairs, property values, and many other aspects in the ever changing real estate marketplace.
Malcolm is an Accredited Buyer’s Representative. He was named as one of the top 50 “Realtors on the Rise” in the nation by RISMedia’s Real Estate Magazine. In addition, Malcolm is a Certified Relocation Specialist (CSR), a Certified Skills Negotiator (CSN), Certified Marketing Specialist (CMS), Real Estate Shortsale Specialist (RESS) and a New Home Sales Specialist.
Malcolm and his wife Susie reside on Emerald Isle, and are proud parents of one daughter, and a seven year old granddaughter of whom they will brag endlessly given the opportunity
