Meredith Dowse - Properties Washington county, AR

Meredith C. Dowse is a Fayetteville, Arkansas native, graduated from Fayetteville High School in 1987, and from the University of Arkansas with a B.S. in Education/Kinesiology in 1994.
After working through college, Meredith started full-time at the family business, Collier Drug Stores Inc. as a Cosmetic Buyer. She was promoted to Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payables, and eventually as a Pharmacy Technician, filling over 400 prescriptions a day. She earned her RE license in October of 2006, started at The Lindsey Company in January 2007, and earned her ABR (Acredited Buyer Representative) designation that same year. Meredith has earned Silver and Gold ARA awards for Gross Sales 5 of her 7.5 years in the business. In December 2013, after a short stint at Beck Haus Realtors, Meredith found a Real Estate home at Downtown Properties Real Estate Group with Principal Broker, Sheree Alt. Meredith specializes in residential real estate sales in the Fayetteville area and Northwest Arkansas.
Meredith is a member of CrossChurch in Springdale, AR. She has two daughters, Hailey (18), a Freshman at the University of Arkansas and Katelyn (15) who attends Shiloh Christian School in Springdale.
