Peggy Palmer purchased her first two investment properties in New Brunswick, New Jersey at age 28 and over the last 15 years has purchased and sold numerous properties in Waldorf, Indian Head, Nanjemoy and throughout Southern Maryland.

Prior to becoming a real estate agent, Peggy had a successful career as a Fortune 500 executive with Commerce Clearing House. After leaving CCH - returning to her entrepreneurial roots - she owned and operated a wholesale greenhouse business, a QuickBooks consulting firm and worked as a Business Analyst with the Small Business Development Center at the College of Southern Maryland. A growing interest in local real estate investing caused Peggy to begin investing again in 1996 and then to begin her career as a real estate agent with EXIT Landmark Realty in 2009.
