Teresa Wygle

I am a 6th generation Crawford Countian with my Great, Great, Great Grandfather Baltzer Gehr having come into the area in the 1800's and settled around Gehrton Rd. between Conneaut Lake (known as Evansburg then) and Linesville. My Great Grandmother Cora Wilson taught school in Conneaut Lake in the early 1900's and my father Ted Wilson got into the real estate business in 1957...so I have strong roots to the community!

I grew up in Meadville, Conneaut Lake and finally graduated from Linesville. and started in my real estate career at 19. My husband Jerry and I went to school together and went on to marry others. We got together in 1992 and married in 1993. His is currently a pipeline welder inspector and when not on the job he helps me in real estate and managing our apartments.

We have 3 children and 5 delightful grandchildren (they are such fun)!

We live in the Community of Limber Creek in Meadville, where I am handling the sales in the development. In addition to real estate we recently opened a car wash with our children (Plaza Express).

I specialize in new construction, marketing homes and buyer representation. I am having a lot of fun in my career right now as with technology I can do amazing things that benefit both my buyers and sellers and it also allows me to travel a bit (I run with a fulltime assistant who handles my details and web sites).
